Our story · since 1992
It began with a boy from a remote village in Mandi district, chasing a dream far bigger than the hills he grew up in. After years of trying his hand at everything — even running a small roadside tea stall — Bhim Sen Rana and his wife Meena took two little rooms and a shop in Bahang, near Manali, and in 1992 fired up the very first Rana Bakery oven.
More than three decades on, on the banks of the Beas, we're still baking the same way — fresh every day, with the same warmth — for the families of Manali and every traveller who stops by on the road up. That is what Making Moments Sweeter has always meant to us.
